If the product is broken or not working, you may exchange it for another copy of the same game, provided it is in stock. If the same game is not available, you can choose an alternative game of similar value. To be eligible for an exchange, you must present your original proof of purchase.

Conditions for Exchange:

• The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and inserts included.
• Proof of purchase, such as the receipt, must be presented.
• The exchange is only applicable for products with manufacturing defects or issues affecting functionality.

Other Returns:

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind), a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please note that this fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking the item.

How to Process a Return:

• Bring the product along with the original receipt to Moonshine Gaming within the 14-day period.
• Our staff will assess the product to confirm eligibility for an exchange or process the return with the restocking fee if applicable.
• Once approved, you can choose a replacement game or proceed with the return process.
